Information we collect

We store the account details, classes, assignments, study sessions, profile image, settings, and messages you choose to provide. We also process limited technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We use it to provide your workspace, authenticate your account, send requested emails and reminders, operate the study assistant, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.

Service providers

FocusRoom may use hosting, MongoDB database, transactional email, Google sign-in, AI, and error-monitoring providers. Information is shared only as needed to deliver those functions.

Your choices

You can export or delete your account from FocusRoom. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.

Retention and security

Account data is retained while your account is active and removed when deletion is completed, subject to limited security, legal, and backup retention. We use access controls, encrypted connections, secure authentication cookies, and monitoring, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
